I need a category where the the user can make his/her own album - containeing several pictures. (That's my understanding of "album" = possible to uploade several files as kind of serial if wanted.) Is it possible for me to limit permisions of such a solution in a way that predefines usermade albums as not possible to rate/comment? Meaning that when a user decides to make a new album it automaticly comes up with the above restrictions?

Just to make myselg clear: Those albums made by users, in the spesific users gallery/category are to be visible for everyone (registrered or not), without possibility to comment/rate for anyone (registrered or not).
