Missing Registration Link

Hi,

I've upgraded from 1.4.4 to 1.4.10 but I dont seem to have a registration link anymore. What have I done wrong?

Turn registration on in Coppermine's config: Allow new user registrations. Not related to install nor upgrade - moving accordingly.
