Hello,

I would like that only the admin could upload Images to the galery. No user shoud do this. The have only other permissions like watch - comment - eg ....

I have one word for you: Documentation  ;D ( http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm )
Start reading.

A admin should not upload through the site but use ftp and batch add. In group manager you can set which group has upload rights and which doesn't.

Again, it's all in the documentation, i suggest you read that first. And also use the Search option of this board because most questions have been answered before.

Have fun with CPG
