I'd like to set up my albums in a meaningful and organized way.  I don't want to haphazardly name them as I upload images.  Has anyone come across a good way of creating an album heiarchy that makes sense for future expansion?  I'm looking for a way to organize images for a personal website.

This is all down to your own personnal needs.  You can always change album and category names later, and move pics about.
When you upload by ftp, create folders within the albums folder, but not in the userpics folder.  It will help you if you mirror your category set up here.
