Cant upload to public albums

As an admin i can easily log into the gallery now and use upload file to add my images. However with any other usergroup from my forums its only allowing upload to personal albums I have set it correctly in groups in the admin panel but it stil wont allow them to add pictures to existing albums only there own.. please help

ok nm i found out you have to go through each albums properties and allow it but is there any option to default allow this??

is there an option somewhere so it automatically allows public to upload to newly made albums?? as im making a lot of albums..
