Remoding Random Pictures section?

Im setting up my new CM site, and wanted to only show new uploads and not random photos with each album and on the front page, I looked at the theme template but cant find anything that refrences random..

thoughts?  or did i over look something..

in Coppermine config, look for The content of the main page and remove
