I have put a password for an album I want only selected people to view but when you click on the thumbnails it comes up with no images to display.  I haven't had this problem before and am wondering what I could have done differently. I have tried having the choice on "me only" or "administrators only" or "guests groups"

Make sure you don't have any special or upper case characters in your password. If that doesn't help then post a link to the album and a test password.

I did have a capital at the begining of the password so have changed that but now the album is not password protected. After I made the change I clicked the tick at the bottom of the page to save changes.
Have tried it several times but no joy - sorry!

Use the 'update album' button - not the reset album button.

I have used the update button now but it will still now show as password protected. 

I entered the new password pressed up date button then the category changes from (Everybody) public album to me only.
