Something odd with this theme...

hello, I'm using the theme 'Project vii' and it's doing something weird.

And if you scroll to your right. You'll notice the little white space up on top. Well, I don't think it's supposed to be like that.. I did change the top, but only the back ground images. I changed everything back to what it was, and it was still doing this. Anyway to fix this?
