Having user's personal albums on the main page

Hi all,

I want to be able to have all the personal albums of each user displayed on the main page. I have searched far and wide through the documentation and through this forum to find the answer but I have been unable to do so. Alternatively, if it was possible to create a new public album when a user registers and the name of the album be the same as the user and also have it so that the user it was named after would be the only one who has permission to edit and upload files to that album.

Any help will be appreciated.
