I have created a client proofing site where I am admin, but I need to give upload permissions to one other partner....but I don't want him to be an admin in case things get screwed up. I want clients to be able to log in and view just their areas - this all works fine except for the "sub admin"....I've created him a a group with full upload rights, and added him to all areas of the site, but this seems to give him the same rights as the other users of that area - ie no upload rights, no delete rights, no editing rights etc.

I can't assign him albums as there's only the option to asign one group per album unfortunately.

Is there any way I can do this? Any hack that will allow me to do this?

out of the box there's no solution for what you'r looking for

but have a look at the mods/ hacks board -> permissions
