images title help

Is it possible to add some custom text as an Image "Title" on album, thumb, normal and big images on every images within the database for the purpose of better SEO.

Not built into the coppermine user interface. If you're familiar with phpMyAdmin, you can easily come up with a query to do what you're up to.
