Bridging to phpbb confusion

Howdy
I am not sure if the bridging will add a link to my forum header to allow users to upload photos, or do I have to edit my header to include a link?
(I am VERY new to all this stuff) ???

You need to change the forum yourself, Coppermine doesn't touch it.

Could you point me in the right direction as to how to make those changes....I'm php illiterate...so i would actually need a decent step-by-step guide.
Any help would be appreciated  :)
