Need help with comment spam..

Hey is there any way to make the guests press in an code then they add a coment?

i got som problems with porn spam bots in my gallery, you can see the problem in the pics and whot i'm thinking of with the code..(fast creation in paint):) thank you all

I hope som can gelp me out here.. i turn off guest comments now but if it is porsebal to turn it on saftly again i will pray for it :)
