Hi, wondering if they is any way i can do the following.

When the page loads up its shows the catergorys and then inside each category it shows the albums present is there any way so that it only shows the categorys and only when u click on the category will in shows the albums present within the category.

you can change that setting in the config screen where it says:

Show first level album thumbnails in categories

just change it to "no"... hope that's what you were lookin for  :)
