current database to use for users

Hey guys

I was wondering if there is a way that I can use my current website that has a usersdatabse somehow integrated with coppermine so my current users do not have to register again

That's what bridging does. Only problem: you'll have to come up with a custom bridge file for your custom authentification mechanism (i.e. you'll have to code it). You'll need good PHP skills to accomplish this.
