How to center?

Several hours I have tried to get rid of a tabelcel :-[. This cel (together with the second) does prevent centring over the page. I realize that this sounds a bit strange, so I attached a screendump together with the code responsible.

In green the cel I want to remove, the other one has to go over the whole line.

It looks fine but the centring is of balance...

Can someone help me out?

Yes I managed last night to center the page. Took me a while but my PHP-skills are improving bit by bit  ;D
