Unable to get into Admin Mode

Aloha from Germany.

I had the Coppermine Gallery installed successfully, but today I got banned while trying to enter the Admin Mode - after I already logged in.
So I deleted the whole Gallery plus the mySQL Database.

I then set up a new database plus reinstalled the script like 10 times but I can't get into the Admin Mode. Login seems to be successful, I even tried different FTP Clients to upload the whole mess but it doesn't work.

If I want to open admin.php I am denied the right to open it. All Attributes are set correctly. Install is successful. I deleted all the cookies. I refreshed.

Please help ...

Errrrrrr now it works ?!?!?!?!?!?!!
