CSS--- quick question

I'm changing the look of my gallery, but CANNOT FIND this one area to change the color to black. I've done a search for this color in my CSS and cannot find it anywhere...

Attached is my css & a screen cap. I am trying to rid of that green coloring behind the navigation, but...can't seem to do so.

Also, I used the "Web Developer" thing and still couldn't find the answer--- it said "No Style Information".

Edit {gallery-root} /themes/green_wap/template.html
and change the bgcolor attribute of main table to the coloer you want
