Best way for mac users to upload pics.

I have a mac user using a mac book pro, mac osx 10.4.9.  What is the best method for her to upload pics?

HTTP uploads are platform-independant. In fact, she can use all methods except the XP Publishing wizard.

imo the best way to upload pictures from OS X is by using iPhoto with CopperExport  :)
