the borders are a question of themeing (styles)
just look up the style.css of the theme you're using and you'll find

as far as I can see these sites use only images with the same dimensions -> thumbs have the same size too.

Nevertheless the modpack is able to crop (and sharpen) thumbs too

about the border you tellme what i do always.. but in the site that i told you the border it's part of the pictures, and in my theme if only of the theme..
and about the size i don't understand what you told me..

in the links you posted above borders for thumbs and intermediate images are created using css

The modpack is a collection of Coppermine enhancements. One is 'thumb cropping'
You can find it in the mods board

i could put all the thumb in the same zise but i can't put the border like in the sites that i says before..
