Fatal error: Allowed memory size

Ok well i get this error on 3 files out of over 200 and it makes me very very mad!!! it says this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /www/ooblez.com/d/u/s/dustinduse/htdocs/photos/plugins/CPGMark/include/Thumbnail.class.php on line 183

you should post a testuser account... even better, follow the upload troubleshooting guide. That and a more detailed description when this error occurs will help supporters to solve your issues

Ok i turned on debug info thing.. and i tryed to open this file again.. when i click the thumb it pops up with a download... it will let me download the php file?
Again only these 3 files...

And for u i allowed guest asses and turned debug on for all..
