I am trying to add photos to no avail... So far i have:

1) installed and successfully setup CPG
2) created a category
3) created an album within the category
4) created a folder on the ftp within the albums folder and set the CHMOD to 777
5) uploaded my photos to that folder
6) logged into CPG as admin and went to batch add pictures
7) selected the directory
8) it starts to display the thumbnails ok
9) there are ticks in the boxes
10) i then select the folder to "put" the pictures into, click insert
11) and as the script is adding the images, the image (in the result column) does not appear (its an image not found place holder)
12) if you then click on "album list" and goto the folder, all you can see is a greyed out image. the pictures did not add.
13) if i then goto the FTP, i can see the script HAS actually added the "normal" & "thumb" images of the original photo.


So it appears the script is working and creating the thumbnails, however it fails to add them to the photo gallery.

I have

* Coppermine V1.2.1
* PHP v4.3.3
* Apache 1.3.29
* GD 2.0.15 (all enabled)

any help & ideas please...

UPDATE

if you click on one of the broken images in the results column, it takes me to a "critical error" page with the message

"There was an error while processing a database query"


I have doubled checked and trippled checked and the database config file is ok.... any ideas please

There should be an additional field underneath the error message that says what query exactly went wrong. Please post this very code.
