I'd like each user NOT to have their album

I just want them to be able to uploda pictures to whatever album the admin creates. How can I do this?

In the groups page, set "Personal gallery" to "no" for the group(s) your regular members are in.

To go to the album properties screen, click on "properties" next to the thumbnail that represents the album when logged in as admin.
