no picture in e-card?

Greetings,
I don't get a picture in the e-card. On the preview there is one, but none is sent and the alternative link does not work either.
I have checked the url in the settings, it's set to http://upppsalafoto.se/galleri/
The url to the image of a sent e-card was: "http://upppsalafoto.se/galleri/displayimage.php?pos=-2867"
E-cards uset to work fine but I recently moved my files and everything seems to work fine except e-cards.
