Make sure that the FTP-app you used doesn't interfere with the files (MS Frontpage is notorious to "beautify" code at will. Usually happens when whitespace (space chars/line feeds) have crept into the code. Get a fresh package and re-upload all files (overwriting the existing files), using the proper FTP-mode. Make sure to use a "real" FTP app, not some WYSIWYG crap like MS Frontpage.

Thanks for your quick reply I use SmartFTP Client 2.0 and nothing related to MS Frontpage :(

Then do as suggested:
Get a fresh package and re-upload all files (overwriting the existing files), using the proper FTP-mode.
The issue you have might be related to not uploading all files, the files getting corrupted or not using the proper FTP mode. Should be fixed if you do as suggested.
