Spam Problem
« on: February 21, 2007, 08:55:54 pm »

Though great in normal conditions, yet it fails against Spamming.

Some nerds were spamming and I configured comments for 1 line and 1 character, yet people kept posting 6 lines long messages.

I tried to turn off comment option, but there's no such facility provided.

I really don't know what to do. I have seen a Mod here, but it's not that simple to use.

Commenting is turned off via the groups page. Using the captcha plugin will probably stop them.

Thanks again

I'm having exactly the same problem and wondered what the captcha plugin does/is/where I can get it as I don't want to turn off the comment feature permanently.

Searching for the word "captcha" would have told you.
