delete the "rate" option and edit the footer?

Hi!

I am totally new to coppermine. A nice piece of software!

Now I wanted to make the coppermine gallery look like my serendipity design: http://inaustralia.de/coppermine .
So far, so good, the new Template is based on the "Classic" Style.

But how can I remove the "rate-Buttons" within the image view?

And what about the footer?
I want to delete it and put the "Powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery"-Text into my "main footer".
