Im Begging for help! Coppermine/Joomla frame problem
« on: January 25, 2007, 12:01:41 am »

Hello guys, Im fairly new to Coppermine. I am using Coppermine with my Joomla site as a video gallery. When clicking on the video gallery, CPG is too wide for my site and causes some of my frames to break. You can see an example at http://www.politicalrundown.com/cpg1410/   If you look in the top right corner you can see that some of the frames are no longer aligned. Does anyone know how to fix this? I think it has to be less width than like 470 pixels or so.

Thanks for help in advance,
Preston

Change the table width in config if 600px is too wide.

I appreciate the post. I tried that but all it did was make coppermine get narrower while the whitespace surrounding coppermine got bigger. So essentially it made coppermine smaller but not the space which the coppermine page is on... if that makes sense.

Thank you for the post though... any other ideas?

The same thing happened to me.  I guess it depends on what bridge you used.  For me, there was a joomla.integ.php file that I just removed and it no longer wrapped it inside the joomla template.  If that is something you want to happen, you'd have to work with the resizing which I still haven't completely figures out.

I have a thought! You are showing 5 thumbnails in your filmstrip (I´ve checked your page) on the albumpage and 4 on the first page.
Maybe it would help to show less thumbnails or make them smaller!? Just an idea i had when I saw your page!
