Users cannot raise files in categories

When the registered users want to raise files in other categories, this message appears, and only albums can create in the category of beginning> Ancatweb, but in others as Cats Adotados this Year, Supported Cats, etc, this one is the message that they appears:

Perdona pero no hay ningún album donde esté permitido insertar nuevos ficheros
Fichero: /home/msbrgzqg/public_html/cpg1410/upload.php - Línea: 864

The purpose of a support board is to provide answers for others as well, so you should have posted your actual solution for the benefit of others.
