Hello I saw these posted elsewhere but didnt want to hijack someone else. I took advice given by editing the config file and re-uploading it but I still get the error. What else should I do?? Byt the way this wasnt a fresh install I switched hosting servers. Everything else works except batch uploading. Any help would be appreciated. I use Coppermine on my own personal site as well as my car clubs website. Thanx

Make sure all your files are up to date.

Should I just download a new zip file and install all the files or just certain ones?? Im a little lost here. Appreciate the help. Thanx

Specifically, bridge/udb_base.inc.php. Use the versioncheck to check all files are up to date though.

Ok I have done this and there are no errors at all. I even did an update database and still get the error message when I try to add batch files.  Explain to me please what this error means??

Is there a path thats broken somewhere?? Im a little confused as to what the problem is now after going through the advice you have given me. Should I edit a file?? This willb e a HUGE help to me if I can get this straightened out. Thanx

The message tells you that the file searchnew.php is trying to use the function get_batch_add_album_list but it doesn't know what this function is. This function is located in bridge/udb_base.inc.php. We know the file was loaded because if it wasn't you would get a different error message. Therefore the most likely cause of the error is that you have an old version of bridge/udb_base.inc.php that does not contain the function.

Use the versioncheck as suggested and post back what it tells you about any outdated files. Also a link to your site might help.

I did a versioncheck and fixed all the files it said were missing. No errors at all now.

I pulled the file from the zip file I downloaded the first time so its a fresh file. Should the chmod on this file be 666 or 777 right now it reads 666 I wasnt sure if that was the problem or not it doesnt say anything in the read me files about it.  All your help is greatly appreciated.

Your entire gallery is outdated. Download the latest version and update following the instructions.

Ok will do. This wont wipe out my catagories and folders will it?? I need to update my other one too cause I downloaded them both at the sametime. And will the update fix the problem of batch filing?

It's just an update, you won't lose anything if you do it properly. It will fix your issue.
