I did but now I am getting a blank, white page. This is so confusing.

I had the gallery hosted at some other place, and then I moved it to another server. When I did I had backups of the mysql so I uploaded the backups, and in the include/config.inc.php I changed my info like db username, db name, server and password. So I reuploaded that config file but then I got that message. I re-uploaded that specific file (udb_base.inc.php ) and now I get a white, blank page. I've no idea why it's acting this way.

I've never moved a gallery before, so maybe I did something wrong while moving? Do I have to start all over again?

Also I've been wondering about, if I delete the install lock file and re-install everything, will I lose the old information?

Maybe I need to edit the information in some other file, besides the include/config.inc.php ?

Okay ... then maybe it's some mysql error?

What else could it be, any ideas?

Also I've been wondering about, if I delete the install lock file and re-install everything, will I lose the old information?

Your uploaded files will still be there, but they will no longer be in the database.

OK I deleted the install lock and tried to reinstall, but I got this msg:

The following errors were encountered and need to be corrected first:

Code: [Select]
mySQL Error: Table 'cpg143_albums' already exists on query ' CREATE TABLE cpg143_albums ( aid int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment, title varchar(255) NOT NULL default '', description text NOT NULL default '', visibility int(11) NOT NULL default '0', uploads enum('YES','NO') NOT NULL default 'NO'´

I did import the backup, so I guess thats why Im gettingt his error.

I've NO idea what to do!!
