server error 500 with favorites download

When I try to use "zipdownload.php" at my favorites screen I'm getting a server error 500. What can I do?

Option 1) Don't use that option if it doesn't work for you

Option 2) Ask the server admin for support, as an internal server error is just what the name suggests: an unexpected, generic error that outsiders can not judge about. Your server admin should be able to tell you more if you really need to know. Possible reasons: no zip library on your server or out of memory (creating the zip is ressources-consuming).
