How Do I add Coppermine to MySQL

I am having trouble adding Coppermind to mySQL. Can any body help?

The name of the app is "Coppermine". You don't "add" it to mySQL, you enter your mySQL data into the fields on the install screen. You have to know the data to enter there, you can't make it up. Ask your webhost for support, we can't help you with this.
