Help adding album disc to album page

I am trying to add the Album discription to each Album page.
Have had a go at changing theme.php but can not work it out.
Does anyone know how to do this???

I've got me a little problem, What i wont to do is show the Album discription at the top of the Album page.
Have had a go at theme.php but could not work it out.

Please do not double post, and allow a reasonable time for your post to be answered, especially at weekends.
If it hasn't been answered after a day or more, just "bump" the thread to the top.
