Reinstalling from 1.3.3 to 1.4.10
« on: January 29, 2007, 02:52:58 pm »

My database got corrupted. I tried upgrading to 1.4.10 and I get the following error on my CPanel:

Upgrade failed

The database XXXXXX_XXXXX is not working properly and the creation of a database backup file has failed. Please contact the sysadmin for further assistance. Include this message for reference.

The initial installation has not been modified.

I am trying to save what I can. I have backed up all the user pics. Are all the comments and descriptions lost in the database, or are they in another file? Thanks, Cooltindog

Don't update using cPanel. Download 1.4.10 and update following the instructions provided.
