Trying to add a message Box

Hi, all

new to coppermine and was trying too add a Welcome Message box at the top just on top of the category box.

in the same style as the rest the site and just an empty box I can post messages in to the users.

any help would be great thanks.

Avez vous lu la DOC ? la FAQ ? et cherché sur le forum avant de poster ?
Did you read the DOC ? the FAQ ? and search the board before posting ?
