Change Page Title

Hello,

I am new to Coppermine.  I want to change the page titles from "Coppermine Photo Gallery" to "SBC Photo Gallery" but I can seem to find where to do this on each .php page.  Where is this stored?   Btw: I am using the water drop theme.   Thanks.
