Error executing ImageMagick

hello , I try to used coppermaine , is susessed install , but is not work !

when try to upload the pix , show info :

The picture 'albums/userpics/icon_cool.gif' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127


anybody could help me , help .

This has been asked many times.  Do a search 'error AND 127'.
