Problem bridging with phpBB 2.0.19

After I finished the bridging process, I click on the Groups button and it show a message telling me that I don't have the rights to access this section. If I can't access this section, I can't synchcronise my gallery and my board. So what's the problem? Cookie configuration?

Forum install: http://www.fantasyheroes.com/forum/
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.10
Forum version: phpBB 2.0.19
Test user account: test/test

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.fantasyheroes.com/forum/
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forum/
Use post-based groups?:  0

Yup. Instructions say you need to set your forum's cookie path to '/'.
