I need to have the same design for my Gallery as my Forum, the forum is PHPBB, and I need the buttons along the top and the general look to match my forum, I have altered as much as I can, but I'm hoping there's an easier way to match the two!

No easier answer. You have a link from your gallery to your forum, so the coppermine part is covered, To add a link from phpbb to coppermine, you'll have to edit phpbb stuff that we're not familiar with - you'll have to ask this on the phpbb support channels.
