Upgrading to 1.4.10 and almost working ..

I upgraded through Fantisco and reading some threads , I screwed up.
I'll remember that on the next upgrade.

I have everything showing on the front page BUT when you click on a thumb to go to a gallery and you get "The page cannot be found".
I have tried a few things from other posts that were having problems upgrading and nothings worked for me yet.

Most of my admin does work ?????

Disable the SEF urls plugin. See my answer to this same question yesterday.

Don't use Fantastico, it's buggy. Only supported install/upgrade method is the one explained in our docs.
