Hi. I installed the Coppermine Gallery yesterday using Fantastico http://www.easternriders.net/gallery and had problems with people trying to log on. I kept getting 404 errors telling me that the page didn't exist on the sourceforge server. I changed the configuration to allow anonymous/self registration etc and all seemed fine.

Today, when I go to log on, whilst it recognises and welcomes me, when I go to the home page I am no longer logged in (nor is the only other user at the moment, if I use his details)

I read a post on another issue which mentioned that Fantastico doesn't install correctly. Is that true?

Fantastico installation is buggy. We do not support fantastico installs. Please get the latest version from here and install it manually. Read the manual for installation instructions.
