remove menus except for the admin

I would like hide all the links (menu at the top) but show them to the admin only. How do I do this. Also How do i remove Category, Random files, Last additions, and also how should I edit the FIVE thumbnails below the selected picture? thank you.

I did some few searches but couldn't find anything substantial.
