I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpbb2.0.21 :
Unable to logon as administrator to Coppermine after enabling bridging with phpBB.

Coppermine install: http://www.madaxeman.com/gallery/

Coppermine version: cpg1.4.8
Forum version: phpBB app v2.0.21
Test user account: test / test1

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.madaxeman.com/board
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../board/  
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/prefix    madaxemanboard / madaxemangallery

I can logon to the board and get to the admin panel for it without any problem, but I cant seem to access the admin options on Coppermine.  When I click the admin buttons I get the message "You don't have permission to access this page."

Most recent stable version is cpg1.4.10 - it's mandatory to upgrade your cpg1.4.8 install to the most recent version.
The test user account you posted doesn't work for me. You have to understand that the account must be one from your BBS, not from Coppermine.

Enable cookie authentification in your BBS. Coppermine needs it. It needs to be able to read the cookies set by your BBS.

You have set an invalid cookie domain for your forum. http://www.madaxeman.com is not a domain name.
