phpbb + CPG : Login Problem
« on: February 22, 2004, 05:37:04 pm »

Dear all,

I manage to install my CPG with PHPBB successfully. When I want to login, it redirects the page to my phpbb board. As i read the README, it should be normal. So i log in using the admin username and password and it bring me back to the main forum.

so far all going smoothly. But when i go back to my CPG dir, it still shows that i'm not logged in. My browser accept cookies and i tried to clear off the cache and cookies.

still the same problem. am i missing something ?

as long as the install.lock file has been created within the include folder, there's no security threat, as install.php can only be run a second time if the lock file is not in place. Anyway, just to be sure, you can delete install.php, since it's not needed anymore.
