Hi,

I am looking to have a community website for images and wanted to see if Coppermine can do the following or if i would need to find someone to twick the code?

Would like to:
1.  have one user upload a group of images that can be categorized into one category [upload via computer or via cell phone];
2.  have private message [emails] sent to the "friends" of user to evaluate images
3.  friends can evaluate the group of picture by eidter 1. select "best" image amongst images or 2. rate the images separtely by scoring each separte image if desired

Also,
1.  All images have a link for "inappropriate" content that goes to administrator
2.  the code needs to be scalable;

Any suggestions as to whether to use Coppermine or GAllery or a CMS such as Drupal or Joomla would be greately appreciated.
