Problem with swedish/nordic characters

The swedish/nordic characters å ä and ö are not shown properly.

I have chosen "swedish" in the configuration-page, and have tried changing the encoding, but nothing works.
How do i fix this?

Please post a link to your page, plus some info on theme used, encoding settings, browser etc.
