Moving Voting Bar

Hi can't find anything on this but I would like to make the voting bar and integrate it into the bar where the next and previous buttons are - removing the slide show, info and return buttons first.

Anyone help?

Not sure I've been clear on this one - tried to upload a image example but not sure how to do it.

Anyway what I'm looking to do is simply move the voting bar to a position above the image, and ideally remove all the navigation icons except the next and previous buttons.

Any ideas?
