What do I have to do to make my Categories look like this guys....

I'd like to have the same type of gallery on my forum for my linkshell, but I cant get it to work:

Not sure what a "forum linkshell" is. Those two galleries look identical to me. Post deep links and maybe a screenshot with the difference highlighted.
