Uploading with XP Publish

Is there a way to set a regular user to be able to use XP Publish to upload to any gallery other than makeing them admin.

Sorry if this has been answered but I couldn't find anywhere.

Thank you for your post but my users are only able to upload to there own gallery. I would like them to be able to upload hem to anywhere on the site. Can I do that without making them admin?

No, only the gallery admins and users that can have their own albums can use this feature...
